Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes
ingredients:
  • 8 medium red potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • pepper to taste
procedure:
  1. Cut potatoes into quarters and place with garlic into a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 min or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Remove from heat and drain water. Add butter, milk, and salt. Mash potatoes and garlic.
  4. Stir in cheese. Season to taste.
