ingredients:
- 8 medium red potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- pepper to taste
- Cut potatoes into quarters and place with garlic into a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 min or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from heat and drain water. Add butter, milk, and salt. Mash potatoes and garlic.
- Stir in cheese. Season to taste.
