Oven Roasted Almond Butter
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tsp sea salt
- Spread almonds in a single layer onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes in a 350* oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, place almonds into food processor. Blend on high for several minutes occasionally stopping to scrape down the sides.
- Continue to blend until the almonds are the consistency of play dough. This is when you add in the salt and any other flavorings you want.
- Blend for just a few more minutes until the butter comes together.
