Berkeley and I love a good fish taco! And these really hit the spot. I have always been a little nervous to try my own hand at making them but I decided to jump in.
We grabbed some Pacific Whiting/Hake from the grocery store (it's cheap and sustainable!), marinated it, cooked it up, and added it to corn tortillas. We dressed ours with broccoli slaw, a cream sauce, and tomatillo salsa. They were great tacos. These are now in the rotation for a quick week night meal!
